Rotary has, however, evolved. We are still uncertain about how the service we provide to others will incorporate the highly valued human connections which Rotary Members had during prior times. It is not clear if the mantra "hands meet in front of each other" is expected to be one of the routines, but it's clear there's an increase in confidence and a determination to meet face-to-face.
